Monday at Whiteley, Tuesday Mountbatten, Wednesday own accord, Thursday Mountbatten, weekend rest or race! |

What was your best ever race? |
800m at Basingstoke, not so long ago actually but I got my PB |
And what was your worst or most embarrassing race? |
A cross country in the New Forest when I was bundled over at the start |
Do you have a pre-race ritual? |
Listen to music, drink fluids, stretch, and a short warm up run, and eat a banana |
What is the best piece of gear you have bought? |

Sweat bands because they generally look gay |
Why do you run when you could be sat at home watching EastEnders? |
Because training improves my standard and sitting down on my backside watching Eastenders doesn't, it's on later on ITV2 anyway |
What does she/he who must be obeyed think about your running? |
My mum and dad encourage me running because they want me to be on TV someday (I wish) but (I hope) |
What is the one piece of advice you would give to any new runner? |
No pain, no gain - so train harder and races will become easier, with faster times, that is my theory! |
