Along the cliffs from Titchfield Haven. |
| What was your best ever race? |
68 mins for the Hayling 10 miles - I trained 6 days a week for 8 weeks, then stopped running straight afterward. That's when the injuries started - I shouldn't have stopped. |
| And what was your worst or most embarrassing race? |
London Marathon when both calves cramped up at 10 miles, walked/hobbled the rest. |

No. |
| What is the best piece of gear you have bought? |
Caroline bought me a heart-rate monitor last year - I can check it's still beating. |

Massage stick at Chicago Marathon - hardly used - anyone want it? If I can find it.. |
| Why do you run when you could be sat at home watching EastEnders? |
I know what's going to happen in EastEnders. |

Would like me to be injury free for a while - who knows, I may have turned the corner. |
| What is the one piece of advice you would give to any new runner? |
Don't run on injuries, get them sorted and come back slowly (difficult, I know). |
