Online Membership Application
Use of this system for renewal or application for membership will:
Simplify the renewal process
Prevent members misplacing their forms, thereby delaying the renewal process
Help ensure that the information stored about you accurately reflects your details
Ensure the correct fee is paid
Prevent unnecessary additional work chasing payments and information
We recognise that many members now have on-line access and some may wish to pay by credit card. We are now able to offer on-line payment of fees but understand that some people may prefer to print their details and post them to us with a cheque. There are thus 3 options available:
| 1. | Complete your details on-line and pay using PayPal. (You do not need to set-up a PayPal account for this.) |
| 2. | Complete your details on-line, print the page using the button provided and post it, together with your cheque, to the address below. The system will calculate the amount due. |
| 3. | Complete a paper copy of your details, work out how much your payment is and post the information to the address below. Please double check all information is completed before posting to us. |
We wish to encourage everyone with access to a computer to use one of the first 2 options outlined above. You do NOT need to pay on-line if you do not wish to. If you have any queries regarding the on-line Membership Application process then please email the Membership Secretary.

Resignation
If you wish to resign from the club then please click here to email us with your name. If you feel able, we would also appreciate your reason for wishing to resign. By gathering this information we hope to ensure that the club continues to meet the needs of its members. Failure to renew by 1st October
It will be assumed that Members who have not renewed by 1st October do not wish to continue their membership. Their information will be removed from the database.
