Younger Runners
This membership is aimed at juniors who are between 17-25 years of age.
SGR&AC is keen to encourage more young people to exercise regularly, and to enjoy the many health benefits that running has to offer. However, we recognise that starting a new activity can sometimes be a daunting experience. So, to overcome this, we are introducing a new training session specifically aimed at 17-25 year olds. From Friday 10th October 2008, a new session will be introduced for this age group. However, before you commence training, please complete this form and submit it to the Membership Secretary.
There will be no charge for the first 8 weeks. This will allow you to sample the sessions without needing to join the club. We look forward to seeing you soon!
