This race will be hosted by Liss Runners at Rogate Common - start at 11:00am as usual.  Unfortunately Glen will not be able to attend (again!), due to taking his final exams on that day for Sports Massage Therapy (plug).  So if anyone else can take the results please contact him on 01329 845330 or email glen.street@ntlworld.com.

Remember, if you are planning to run any races for the club, then you will need to affiliate to English Athletics and pay an added £5 fee. It's not ideal, but it is a small part to pay to cover insurance and other issues which are run by English Athletics.
