Studland Stampede
Clear blue skies, blue sea, white sand and national trust heathland; it could only be the Studland Stampede. Five stubbies made the trip to Dorset to tackle the 12k course on a gloriously sunny Sunday.
Starting on the sea front the run heads along the beach towards Old Harry Rocks. A right off the beach slip-way takes you into a tree lined path, then left along a muddy path up onto the heath-land and along to Agglestone Rock; then along heathland paths towards the ferry. After a road crossing you have to tackle the energy sapping sandy tracks which lead onto the beach, then it's beach all the way to the finish line.
