The South Coast Half Marathon, Seaford
Here's a summer half marathon and great opportunity for those doing Berlin and Sydney marathons as well as anyone looking for an excuse for a fast, flat run with icecream to enjoy afterwards......
The South Coast Half Marathon at Seaford on Sunday August 15th (including 10K and 5K race)
......"The run starts and finishes on the seafront close to Seaford's Martello Tower and is one of the most spectator friendly run courses in the UK, it is great for spectators and guarantees a fun and relaxed atmosphere.
