Downton Half Marathon
Annie ran in the Downton half marathon for the first and possibly the last time!
The weather wasn't kind, there were strong winds, rain and hale this coupled with an undulating course made for a challenging race!
I expect the scenery was good from the top of Hale Hill or Godshill, but the blustery conditions and driving rain meant I didn't benefit from the climb up.
I finished in 23rd out of 111 ladies.
There were two other brave Stubbie ladies, Julia Park finishing 57th in 1.57.32 and Kathryn Davis finishing in 2.08.21 in 81st. No sign of any male Stubbies. Annie Tomlinson.
