Todays Runner (National XC Final) Sunday April 6th (Ampthill, Bedfordshire)
If anyone wants to take part in the National Final of the Todays Runner League, could you please contact Glen Street.
The Rules are:
Any number of runners can take part, but they must have represented the club in at least two league races during the current series.
Race entry fee is £3 per runner.
Entries must be received no later than first post Wednesday 2nd April.
Race starts at 13:30.
Each teams scorers must comprise 7 men, of which at least two must be veterans (over 40 years old), and 3 women of which at least 1 must be a veteran (over 35 years old).
Changing and shower facilities available as well as post-race refreshments.
The only other thing they don't mention is that our League is the only one with a time restriction on it. So all the other counties will have their fastest runners running.
