Southampton Running Club Time Trials
Southampton Running Club have some Open Time Trials at the Southampton Sports Centre track on Friday 1 August.
The events start at 7.00pm with the 400m, followed by the 1 mile event at 7.30pm and finally the 3000m at 8pm.
If you would like to participate, the cost is £2.00 per event.
