BOY is May a busy time for runners, with no fewer than 51 races scheduled to take part in Hampshire and the immediate surrounding counties.
There are some old favourites to look out for such as the Alton 10 on May 11th on the same day as the Isle of Wight Marathon, the first of the fast and furious Promenade 5km race at Portsmouth's Mountbatten Centre on May 7th, the Run In The Park 10km at Netley on May 18th and three RR10 races to choose from on a Wednesday evening.
From road to cross country, and even track and field, there will surely be something to fit the bill for May.
