AUGUST may be a time for taking a break, but if you are looking to pick up a race or two then there are a fine collection of runs to feast your eyes on.
Maybe it is a tough demanding event such as The Beast down at Corfe Castle, or a blast out of the blocks with the Promenade 5km race at Portsmouth.
There are established races such as the Arundel Castle 10km and the Midhurst 10km or the final two RR10 races at Lordswood Fire Breaks and also at IBM Hursley Park.
