Boscombe 10km
ROB Calver headed for the seaside for a mixture of wind and rain to take part in the Boscombe 10km, organised by Bournemouth Joggers.
With few races on the south coast that day, the event attracted a quality field won by Zimbabwean Williard Chinhanhu in a time of 32min 53sec.
Carley Rose from the City of Norwich AC won the women's race in 39.06 and 28th place overall.
Rob ran well for a time of 45.15 and 123rd from a field of 430 competitors.
