Wessex XC, Avon Heath Park, Poole
The last Winter XC league fixture takes place, next week Sunday 18th March.
This is a good course which is well drained and has something for everyone. It has a kids play area and a good place to walk your dogs.
So far only two people have contacted me to say they are running so we need men and ladies!!
Please note that the times have CHANGED for this final race, so that they can compile the results and hand out the final awards on the day.
The new timings are the Women's race is at 1.00pm, men's race 1.10pm and fun run (kids only) 2.00pm.
Can you please email to say that you are going to race, so I get an idea for numbers.
