Sway Carnival 5
DAVID Langrish was Stubbington's lone runner at the Sway Carnival 5 mile race.
David was placed 57th overall with a time of 39min 15sec after a tight sprint finish.
The race was won by Philip Mosley from New Forest Runners in a time of 29min 31sec and the first lady home was Sarah Smith, 22nd overall, with 34.44.
A total of 165 runners took part in the event at Wilverley Plain near Brockenhurst where an RR10 race was held earlier this summer. It was a one-lap run in the New Forest which was made harder by the mud and puddles which greeted runners around the undulating forest course.
