RR10 Preview
THE tenth and final round of the RR10 cross country series takes place at IBM Hursley north of Winchester on August 15th (7.15pm start).
Organised by IBM Hursley Runners, the multi-lap run is staged on paths around the site. The course has a tight start and the 4.4 mile race is undulating, starting and finishing on the main sports field. It is not suitable for spikes.
The clubhouse, which is situated within 50 metres of the start/finish area will be open serving drinks and bar food. There are toilets and changing/shower facilities in the clubhouse.
The race takes place on Wednesday, August 15th with a 7.15pm start.
Runners need to enter the Hursley site at the southern entrance which is situated just south of the village of Hursley on the A3090 between Romsey and Winchester. Follows the signs to the car park. The start is near the clubhouse, which is 100 metres from the car park.
