CLAIR MILES, Chris Haskell and Sue Simister waved the Stubbington flag proudly for the Purbrook Ladies five-mile road race.
The women-only event attracted 131 runners with Winchester & District's Kath Bailey winning the race in a time of 29min 4sec.
Clair was the first Stubby to finish in 29th place with a time of 38.56, followed by ladies captain Chris in 52nd with 43.26, and Sue clocked 50 minutes on the nail for 90th.
Weather conditions weren't great for the one-lap race which started and finished at Purbrook Heath along quiet country lanes.
