Midhurst 10k
ROD NAIRN was Stubbington's top runner at the Midhurst 10.
Rod placed 85th at the popular West Sussex race with a time of 42min 7sec.
Nick Kimber, who has already been putting in some long runs ahead of yet another London Marathon campaign, finished not too far behind Rod in 96th with a fast 42.45.
A field of 622 runners took part in the race which was won by Alton Runners' Toby Lambert in a time of 30.56, ahead of Chichester Runners' James Baker who recorded 32.39.
In a highly competitive field, Winchester's Rachel Townend pipped team-mate Shona Crombie-Hicks to win the ladies' race in 35.59.
