Stubbington's new membership secretary is just going through the records which she is trying to update.
Caroline said: "To improve communication within the club, it would be helpful if all members could send their current email address (together with their name) to Caroline Street.
"The email will only be used by the Committee for formal use so it will not be generally available.
"Please do this now before you forget. It will make communication so much easier. I look forward to receiving a flood of emails!!"
