HAVE you got your weekend training runs sorted? If not, why not used the SGRAC forum to link up with runners out for a long Saturday or Sunday sortie?
The Kimbernator has been leading a group of Stubbies on weekend long runs. They meet at the Locks Heath Sports & Social Club and are currently up to 15 miles at just over eight-minute-mile pace. For more details, log onto the SGRAC forum.
Alternatively, if you are looking for a running partner, or a group of you want to encourage more runners to join you for the weekend run, then create a post on the club website.
