Crawley 10km
TEX Dallas decided to give his usual Sunday morning sail a miss by taking part in the Crawley 10km race.
A year ago, Cap'n Dallas was sailing around the world in his bathtub, but is now back on firm land, though working in West Sussex.
Wearing the fair green of Stubbington, he joined 648 runners to finish 168th in a time of 51min 54sec on a multi-terrain course which started and finished at the K2 track in Pease Pottage.
The winner was once again James Baker from Chichester Runners in a time of 34.17, and Winchester's Shona Crombie Hicks was the top lady in 38.13 for seventh overall.
