Arundel Castle 10km
GILBERT Yeates joined 403 runners to compete in the popular Arundel Castle 10km race in West Sussex at the weekend.
Gilbert continues to run strong finishing 260th in the field with a time of 55min 5sec.
Gary Blesson from the Hercules Wimbledon club in Surrey won the race in a time of 36.53, and in 63rd place overall, Janice Jones from Worthing & District Harriers, was the leading lady in 44.08.
