New Forest ½ Marathon, 17th September 2006
DID you miss out on this weekend's New Forest Half Marathon, but still fancy a run-out? Due to injury with one club member, a number has become available for Sunday's race which starts in New Milton at 11am.
The New Forest Half is a fun event attracting runners from all over the country, and it is run alongside the marathon, which starts half an hour later. A number of Stubbies have entered for the full 26-miler, including Heather Bowers and Rob English.
Among those Stubbies already entered for the half marathon are Lauren Coates, Jane Heywood, Simon Holford, Marcus Lee, Margie Pritchard, Jacquelyn Sherman, Trevor Tollett and Verity Wright.
