STUBBINGTON GREEN RUNNERS are delighted to announce that the MOT and Servicing Division of Boarhunt Garage has agreed to sponsor the club's prestigious Stubbington 10km race in January 2007.
The Stubbington 10km is one of the showpieces of the south coast racing calendar. A regular fixture as part of the Hampshire Road Race League, the event always sells out. This year's race attracted a field of 996 runners, including many of the region's top competitors.
"I am so pleased Boarhunt Garage agreed to back the race," said Stubbington chairman, Mike Clarke. "They are a local company with a county-wide reputation for quality and reliability. It's so important to have a sponsor that reflects the values of both the club and event."
