Bluebell 10km Trail Run
STUBBINGTON GREEN'S Ben Whittaker claimed 15th place at the Bluebell 10km Trail Run in West Sussex.
Sadly, the bluebells weren't out in force, but that didn't detract from an excellent run from 30-year-old Ben, who clocked 40min 33sec for the distance. Rachel Whittaker finished 158th in 53:41.
Chichester Runners' James Baker won the race in 33min 51sec, with Gill Wheeler from Hailsham Harriers the top lady with a time of 38:16 which gave her seventh overall.
A total of 370 runners took part in the race which was held on the Angmering Park Estate in West Sussex and organised by Raw Energy Pursuits.
