BE safe and be seen. As the dark evenings are drawing in, it's important that all Stubbington members wear a high visibility vest on training nights.
Now that the dark, autumnal evenings are here, it's time to dig out your high visibility running vest to wear at training nights.
If you haven't already got a vest, you can get one from kit representative, Caroline Street, who can be contacted on 01329-845330.
After all, it's better to be safe and be seen rather than be squashed flat on to the road, like a frog, by a passing articulated lorry!
If you are fashion conscious and don't like wearing a high vis vest, then make sure that you at least wear a light coloured top.
